A LITTLE CONTEXT

I'm a backend engineer who likes turning ideas into real, working products. I mostly build with Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot, with a focus on scalable services and clean backend design.

Security is the part I keep coming back to: secure authentication and authorization, OAuth, MFA and passwordless login. Around that I work on payments and subscriptions, relational data and schema management, cloud deployment, and unit and integration testing.

Right now I'm building RAG pipelines, MCP servers and AI agents with Spring AI, and securing them with the newest Spring Security features.

On the side I contribute to the open source libraries I use every day. I'm a Spring Security open source contributor, credited on the 6.3 release, and a Mockito contributor. I'm based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Architected and built a microservice-based Solar Monitoring Platform from scratch, integrating Tesla, Enphase, FranklinWH, and SolarEdge to stream real-time energy telemetry from a live fleet of 70k+ residential and commercial systems in Hawaii.
Built role-based access control for four user roles (Sales, Project Manager, Technician, Customer), enforced with Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth2.
Automated an end-to-end billing pipeline handling plan-based subscriptions, invoice generation, and payment processing.
